ICICI Call Centre, Andheri, Mumbai

A large reception, with an emphatically curved wall, marks the entrance to this centre. From the reception, a central avenue with distinctly different flooring, lighting and colours leads in and accesses the different sections of the centre. The executive cabins and training rooms are annexed to the reception.

The call operators work in an open office layout in the large, unfettered expanse of the hall with a high roof and diffused lighting from suspended, perforated panels. These panels are painted in different colours to add a touch of vibrancy to the working environment. The upper two floors are largely open call operators’ halls.
